Christos Mavrodis and Quintus Glerum are visual artists with distinct backgrounds, united by a shared interest in narrative. For their first collaboration they created a body of work that explores the narrative through a spatial interpretation of a character study.

Autosomes is a collaborative piece in which the drawings of Mavrodis are put into a new context by Glerum’s simulated animations through a transparent display. Glerum utilizes minimal visuals that both refer to videogame media and procedural motion in the form of floating hair strands. Mavrodis in turn reacted to the video with a charcoal drawing on mdf wood.
